These entities can identify and consult businesses, small and large, for requirements related to talent, technology, consulting, infrastructure, and outsourcing - utilizing and promoting OStaff's global delivery & service engagement models related to outsourcing and offshoring.

Job Description

  • Upon application approval, you will undergo training & certification on the business model, consulting pitch, sales & delivery processes, marketing collaterals, contract terms & policies, and pricing
  • You will call upon and visit businesses, set client appointments, represent, consult, and sell OStaff's solutions and services
  • You will consult corporate managers and business owners on how to effectively leverage talent, resources, and infrastructure around the globe to effectively and strategically operate in an increasingly competitive and difficult market scenario
  • You will earn an attractive commission (agents) or discounts (resellers) on a recurring basis on the respective revenues of the services sold
  • The opportunity is ideal for a professional or services organization with a consultative approach toward building business relationships to guide their customers
  • You will spend maximum time in consulting and sales related activities by establishing and developing new customer relationships and leveraging existing relationships in order to diversify client base and gain market share
  • Liaison and communicate directly with OStaff support and operations teams including services & delivery, recruitment, and finance
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM and opportunity management information in OStaff's centralized lead registration system

Engagement Model OStaff invoices the customer; Agent earns commission from OStaff Reseller invoices the customer; OStaff invoices thereseller at a discounted rate (discount based on volume agreement) Determined on a case-to-case basis
